FORKLIFT DRIVER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hoist Operation:
Operate mobile hoisting equipment to lift, move, and position loads as required.
Ensure accurate and safe cargo handling, avoiding damage to goods and equipment.
Perform pre-operational checks and routine inspections of hoisting equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

Load Management:
Meticulously assess the weight and size of loads to determine the most suitable lifting techniques and equipment.
Properly secure loads to guarantee stability during transportation.
Keep detailed records of all loads lifted, including weight, type, and destination.
