Job Description - Fundraising and Partnership Specialist

FUNDRAISING & PARTNERSHIPS SPECIALIST

Sandton, Johannesburg | Extensive Travel within South Africa

Are you a proven fundraising professional with a strong network of South African donors and a passion for creating meaningful social and environmental impact?

Seeking an experienced Fundraising & Partnerships Specialist to help drive transformational change across health and education initiatives in partner communities throughout Southern Africa.

In this strategic role, you will:

â Identify and secure major funding opportunities

â Develop compelling grant proposals and donor partnerships

â Build and maintain relationships with key donors and stakeholders

â Coordinate proposal development, reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes

â Support projects that improve healthcare facilities, schools and early childhood development centres across multiple conservation landscapes

The ideal candidate is highly organised, self -motivated, results -driven, and passionate about community development and conservation.

Requirements

Requirements:

â Bachelor's or Honours Degree in a relevant field

â Minimum 5 years' experience in grant writing and proposal development

â Proven fundraising success and established donor network

â Strong financial, reporting and project management skills

â Knowledge of South Africa's health, education and development sectors

â Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities
