Responsibilities:

● Setting up and maintaining Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for our clients' websites.
● Analysing website data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
● Creating customised reports, explorations and dashboards to track website performance.
● Collaborating with other team members to provide data -driven insights for website optimisation and user experience improvement.
● Working closely with web developers to implement tagging and data layers in Google Tag Manager, as well as API integrations where needed.
● Using event tracking, segmentation, and audiences to create detailed customer journey analysis leading to clearly actionable insights and recommendations.
