You’ll act as the central point of coordination across teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You’ll champion the player experience while driving efficient production processes, continuous improvement, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or game development
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Passion for creating engaging player experiences
  • Familiarity with gameplay features in online casino or slot games is advantageous
