What you'll be doing
Engaging with business leaders across Europe
Researching companies and identifying new sales opportunities
Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn in German and English
Booking meetings and generating qualified pipeline
Working closely with international sales and marketing teams
Learning how high-growth SaaS and FinTech businesses scale globally
Requirements
Professional fluency in German and English
Completed university degree
1–3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High levels of curiosity, resilience, and coachability
Interest in technology, SaaS, FinTech, and international business
Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
