About the Role
The German-Speaking Telemarketing Agent will be responsible for executing outbound B2B cold-calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for international technology clients.
This role requires a confident communicator with a strong phone presence, resilience in handling objections, and the ability to build rapport quickly. You will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, qualify leads effectively, and ensure accurate CRM and data management practices.

Requirements and Responsibilities
Requirements
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) – essential
- Minimum 1+ year of continuous employment with one employer demonstrating stability
- B2B outbound cold-calling experience in one of your two most recent roles
- Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Experience in a target-driven, high-pressure sales environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data manipulation)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
- Resilient, persistent and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold-calling campaigns in the German market
- Generate and qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and campaign quotas
- Maintain accurate and well-structured prospect data in CRM systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure lead data accuracy and completeness
- Verify contact details, job titles and company information
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and campaign insights
- Provide regular updates on performance and campaign progress
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and development initiatives
