Half-day General Manager

Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations within the regional facility to maintain consistent output, structured organization, and continuous workflow improvement.

Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and support a small dedicated team (1–2 staff members) to ensure optimal productivity and high morale.

Stock & Inventory Control: Oversee rigorous inventory management, coordinate regular stock counts, and ensure organised storage solutions.

Dispatch & Logistics: Manage order processing pipelines, ensuring goods are packed, dispatched, and delivered efficiently.

Supplier & Manufacturer Liaison: Coordinate with local production partners and manufacturers, managing logistics for fabric deliveries and collections.

Channel & Event Support: Assist retail, wholesale, and school client portfolios, while coordinating operational setups for regional exhibitions and corporate events.

Direct Reporting: Collaborate directly with the Founder to align local operational performance with broader organizational objectives.

Proven track record in operations management, stock control, or retail/e-commerce environments.

Demonstrable leadership capabilities with experience guiding small teams.

Strong organisational flair with a systematic approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building effective stakeholder relationships.

Possession of a valid South African driver’s licence and a reliable personal vehicle.
