About the Role

  The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the kitchen operation, ensuring consistently high culinary standards across the property.

  Lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

  Develop and maintain innovative, refined menus that complement the hotel's luxury offering.

  Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.

  Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness are consistently maintained.

  Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and kitchen budgets effectively.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor kitchen performance and ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources.

  Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a professional and positive working environment.

Requirements

• 
  

  Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury hotel, boutique hotel, lodge or high-end hospitality environment.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality, presentation and innovation.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Proven leadership and team-management experience.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing and stock control.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
