Job Purpose

Lead the Business and Commercial Banking digital strategy, digital channels and client experience ecosystem to establish Nedbank as the leading digital bank for businesses in South Africa.

Accountable for defining and executing the digital vision, roadmap and customer journeys across onboarding, servicing, payments, transactional banking, investments, lending and value-added services. Drive the adoption of digital channels as the primary engagement platform for clients while improving client experience, operational efficiency, revenue growth and relationship depth.

The role is responsible for transforming digital from a service channel into a strategic growth engine that enables client acquisition, transactional primacy, investment growth, ecosystem participation and data-driven personalization across the entire client lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

Minimum Experience Level

• 7 -10 years experience in Product Management and/or Product Development, Payments and Innovation, New technology developments, Payments/Banking Products
