This is not an active vacancy. It is an ongoing talent pool for South African healthcare compliance and documentation professionals.

We are building a pipeline of qualified compliance and documentation professionals to be considered for remote, US-based opportunities as they become available through our clients. When a role opens, we will reach out directly to candidates whose profiles are the closest match.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We welcome applications from professionals across healthcare administration and compliance disciplines, including:

• Compliance coordinators
• Healthcare documentation specialists
• Verification and quality assurance administrators
• Provider credentialing administrators
• Insurance billing and verification administrators
• Medical or therapy administrative support professionals
• ABA therapy/Clinical support administrators
• Case tracking and enrolment coordinators
• Healthcare operations support professionals

WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR

• Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare administration, compliance, or documentation verification experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments
• Confident with consistent follow-ups and accountability conversations
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict turnaround times
• Experience working on portals, tracking sheets, or electronic systems
• Exposure to US healthcare, clinical or ABA environments is advantageous but not required
• BPO experience is a bonus

WORKING HOURS

• Most roles require alignment to US business hours (EST, CST or PST) - Working hours subject to daylight savings
• This may include afternoon or evening shifts in South Africa
• Working on US and SA public holidays - Candidates will be reimbursed for SA Public holidays

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

All roles are fully remote. Candidates must have:

• Fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) - Wi-Fi only will not be sufficient
• Reliable backup power to manage loadshedding (UPS, Invertor, Generator, etc.)
• A dedicated, professional workspace
