The Role: Built for Sales Athletes
This is a high-volume, high-performance outbound sales role. You will engage directly with US-based business owners and decision-makers, identify opportunities, and position funding as a strategic growth tool.
This role requires grit, consistency, and control of conversation — the ability to perform at scale while maintaining quality interactions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute 150–200+ outbound calls daily to US-based business prospects
- Strategic Qualification: Lead discovery conversations to identify real business needs and opportunities
- Value-Based Selling: Position funding solutions based on ROI and business impact — not just features
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage and maintain a clean, active pipeline with zero lead decay
- Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate, real-time data to drive performance and efficiency
- Playbook Mastery: Execute Fundwell’s proven sales methodology and tools
- Culture Contribution: Bring energy, competitiveness, and accountability to the team
Requirements- Sales Athlete Mindset: You thrive in high-volume environments and understand that consistency drives success
- Outbound Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales or cold calling environments
- Elite Communication: Clear, confident, neutral English accent with the ability to engage US executives
- Objection Handling: Strong ability to control conversations and navigate resistance
- Resilience & Drive: You handle rejection at scale and maintain high energy throughout the day
- Performance Focus: Competitive, target-driven, and motivated by earning potential
- Adaptability: Comfortable working US hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, on-site in Cape Town CBD)
