Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field (NQF Level 7+)
• 5–8 years' generalist HR experience, with 2–3 years in a management role
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation — non-negotiable
• Proven CCMA and complex ER experience
• Experience with HRIS systems (Sage People, PaySpace, SAP, or similar)
• SABPP registration or equivalent preferred

Duties:

• Lead all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and L&D
• Act as strategic HR business partner to executive and senior management
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary/grievance processes, and CCMA representation
• Ensure compliance with LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, POPIA and all applicable legislation
• Drive Employment Equity planning and BBBEE HR pillar compliance
• Oversee payroll input and administer employee benefits and compensation
• Compile and submit WSP/ATR to the relevant SETA
