Purpose of this position:

The Inbound Call Centre Sales Agent is responsible for all incoming calls to assist customers and is further more responsible in making outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers on behalf of Maverick Telecommunications, to solicit upgrades / new lines and retain customers including delivering excellent customer service.
