Description
ooba is seeking an Insurance Retentions Consultant to join its dynamic Insurance Division. The purpose of this role is to support insurance retention activities related to BI/MPP policies, cancellations and Capital Legacy referrals. The consultant will focus on client engagement, retention performance, lead management and consistent achievement of daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

Contact existing clients to facilitate retention discussions and pass qualified leads to the external partner Capital Legacy.
Drive and maintain daily and monthly retention and lead-generation targets.
Manage client backlogs effectively to ensure timely follow-ups.
Monitor and manage lapse and arrears reports.
Compile and submit frequent and accurate reports.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external business partners.
Drive lead flow for new insurance and related product offerings introduced from time to time.

Ensure high standards of customer service and data accuracy in all interactions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Grade 12
Computer literate
Contact Centre experience
Sales experience
Insurance industry experience
RE5 and FAIS accreditation will be advantageous
