Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our energetic team working on a diverse portfolio of international construction and development projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain global exposure while being based locally. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estimating, contract administration, and cost control.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including site experience.


• Ability to take ownership but still work within the team.


• Degree / Diploma in quantity surveying.


• Own reliable vehicle and a driver's license.


• Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and plan your time.


• Sound knowledge of the JBCC and other relevant building contracts


• Extensive and demonstrable experience with CCS (Candy) is a mandatory requirement for
  this role.


• Mandatory extensive experience in estimating and rate build-up
