Internal Sales Consultant

Managing high-volume customer communications within a dedicated solar technology supplier, this position plays a pivotal role in driving client engagement and sales conversion. Operating on a full-time, in-office basis, the role serves as a key operational link in delivering accurate product information and quotes.

The impact of the role relies on timeously processing email and WhatsApp queries, resolving customer concerns courteously, and capturing detailed information into internal systems. Working closely with sales pipelines, the position ensures accurate data management, active lead follow-up, and precise quotation execution.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Query Processing: Process high volumes of email and WhatsApp customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  

• Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Attend to client inquiries and complaints in a timeous, courteous, and professional manner.
  

• CRM Data Management: Accurately capture customer details and manage lead follow-up structures within HubSpot.
  

• Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate customer quotes using Omni Accounts software, ensuring item selection aligns with client requirements.
  

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
  

• Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  

• High attention to detail to ensure precise client quotations.
  

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Macassar.
