Inventory Administrator

• Review crop estimates and verify season, farm, and orchard/block setup.
  
• Validate SKU and pack type information.
  
• Verify grower, supplier, and location master data.
  
• Participate in mock recall exercises.
  
• Maintain and update Intake SOPs in accordance with company standards.
  
• Communicate pre -season requirements accurately and timeously to relevant stakeholders.
  

• Receive packing instruction packs for orders via email or Microsoft Teams.
  
• Receive intake documentation, consignment files, and electronic intake information from growers and packhouses.
  
• Verify intake data and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
  
• Accurately capture and maintain pallet and intake information within NetSuite, ensuring full traceability.
  
• Verify intake information against Tableau reports where applicable.
  
• Process commercial verification and PPECB pass pallets based on inspection reports.
  
• Transfer stock between depot locations within the system.
  
• Maintain accurate filing of all intake documentation.
  
• Communicate intake information through relevant Teams channels.
  
• Provide required documentation to Logistics teams and Forwarding Agents.
  
• Process Stock Return Authorisations (SRAs) when required.
  
• Investigate and resolve stock, intake, and PPECB -related queries
  

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / Matric.
  
• A Logistics -related course or qualification would be advantageous.
  

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Inventory, Supply Chain, or related role.
  
• Previous experience within the fruit industry is essential.
  
• Experience working with inventory management and ERP systems.
  

• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  
• Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  
• Knowledge of fruit industry operations and processes.
  
• Understanding of grower intake systems and associated documentation.
  
• Sound knowledge of export inventory administration and traceability requirements.
