As a Junior Accountant Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes - Processing and reconciling invoices and payments - Maintaining accurate financial records - Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures - Preparing financial reports and statements - Assisting with budgeting and forecasting - Conducting financial analysis and identifying areas for cost savings - Assisting with payroll processing - Providing support for audits and tax preparation - Other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the senior team members Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
