Junior - Intermediate Data Engineer

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with the Microsoft Data Stack, particularly MS SQL Server, T -SQL, and SSRS, with the ability to manage report development from design through deployment and ongoing support.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and reporting solutions.
  
• Design, build, and maintain SSRS reports from requirements through deployment.
  
• Create and optimize advanced T -SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views.
  
• Develop report datasets, parameters, subscriptions, and deployment configurations.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve report performance and data -related issues.
  
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reporting data.
  
• Support business users with reporting requests and enhancements.
  
• Extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high -quality reporting solutions.
  
• Assist with the transition toward modern BI platforms, including Power BI.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  
• 2–4 years' experience in Data Engineering, SQL Development, or Business Intelligence.
  
• Strong hands -on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  
• Practical experience developing reports using SSRS.
  
• Experience writing advanced T -SQL queries for reporting and data transformation.
