Junior Marketer

• Assist with
  the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  
• Coordinate
  marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
  
• Support
  brand awareness and lead generation initiatives
  
• Conduct
  market and competitor research
  
• Assist with
  event planning, promotions, and activations
  
• Monitor
  campaign performance and prepare reports
  
• Develop
  engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional
  materials
  
• Create
  marketing copy aligned with the company's brand voice
  
• Assist in
  maintaining the content calendar
  
• Capture
  professional-quality photographs of products, services, events, staff, and
  corporate activities
  
• Edit and
  enhance images using professional editing software
  
• Create
  visual content for social media, website, brochures, and advertising campaigns
  
• Maintain an
  organised digital image library
  
• Schedule
  and publish social media content
  
• Monitor
  social media engagement and respond to customer interactions where necessary
  
• Track
  social media performance metrics
  

Requirements

• Grade
  12
  
• 1 to 3
  years' experience in a marketing, content creation, or digital marketing role
  
• Experience in
  the real estate industry will be an advantage
  
• Demonstrable
  photography experience with a portfolio of work
  
• Experience
  managing social media platforms for a business or brand
  
• Proficiency
  in Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Experience
  with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
  
• Strong photography and image editing skills
  
• Valid
  driver’s license essential
  
• Own
  vehicle will be an advantage
