Junior Tax Administrator

We are seeking a detail -oriented and driven Junior Tax
Consultant with strong working knowledge of South African Revenue Service
(SARS) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience with SARS
eFiling and/or GreatSoft, and be comfortable managing a variety of tax
compliance and administrative responsibilities across multiple entity types.

This role is well -suited to a junior professional looking to
grow within a dynamic tax and advisory environment.

Tax Compliance & Submissions

• Prepare
  and submit Income Tax Returns for:
  
• Individuals
  
• Companies
  
• Trusts
  
• Prepare
  and submit:
  
• Provisional
  Tax Returns
  
• Dividend
  Tax Returns
  
• VAT
  Returns
  
• PAYE
  Returns
  
• Perform
  PAYE reconciliations via e@syFile
  

SARS Administration & Queries

• Manage
  SARS -related matters, including:
  
• Registrations
  and updates
  
• Query
  resolution
  
• Disputes
  and objections
  
• Review
  and verify tax assessments and ensure accuracy
  

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Assist
  with:
  
• Sage
  Payroll administration+
  
• UIF
  registrations and compliance
  

Requirements

• Relevant
  qualification in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance
  
• 1–3
  years’ experience in a tax or accounting environment
  
• Practical
  experience with SARS eFiling (essential)
  
• Experience
  with GreatSoft (advantageous)
  
• Working
  knowledge of South African tax legislation
  

Advantageous

• Exposure
  to multiple entity types (individuals, trusts, companies)
  
• Experience
  in an accounting or tax practice
  
• Familiarity
  with payroll systems (Sage Payroll preferred)
