Risk Prevention Specialist is responsible for the overall handling Dealer warranty and service departments training, Audit counseling, queries related to ESB and Warranty, reviewing claims submitted by different OEM dealerships after reviewing the paperwork supplied during, before or after an audit of an dealership. Claims are received through a variety of sources (i.e. system, reports generated by the OEM, manual reviews, etc.). In addition, this position is expected to review check requests submitted in Ford system to ensure accuracy of entry of the claims submitted to the OEM. The RP Specialist will be responsible for reviewing claims data for multiple OEM systems service advisors and dealer audit risk prevention to elevate the chargeback burden on the dealerships as well as training and coaching the RP Specialist will travel to the dealer locations for audits and training as per the requests from Warranty, ESB, or the dealership.
