NOW HIRING | F&B SUPERVISOR

Luxury Safari Lodge near Pongola, KwaZulu -Natal

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment? We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a prestigious safari lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant, bar, boma and bush dining operations

Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage service team

Deliver personalised five -star guest experiences

Ensure exceptional service standards and attention to detail

Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Front Office and Safari teams

Assist with staff training, stock control and operational reporting

Maintain HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury lodge Food & Beverage department

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence

• Excellent organisational and problem -solving abilities

• Knowledge of stock control and food safety procedures

• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays
