You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license
• Diploma/Degree
• 2 – 3 Years Operations Admin or Support
• 2 -3 Years Marketing 
• 2–3 years Experience in gamification, lifecycle rewards, or player retention strategy
• Familiarity with gamification platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Operational

• Develop and execute the loyalty and rewards strategy aligned to Hollywood bets’ retention, engagement, and customer lifecycle objectives.
• Design and manage CRM-based loyalty journeys, including reward tiers, point accumulation, milestone recognition, and reactivation triggers.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst team to analyze performance and implement insight-led improvements to loyalty mechanics.
• Plan and coordinate monthly and seasonal reward campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing and promotional calendars.
• Integrate gamified mechanics (missions, tournaments, wheels, and challenges) to increase player interaction and entertainment value.
• Support promotional and retention campaigns with reward layers that boost participation and conversion.
• Track and report on the performance of all loyalty initiatives, including engagement, participation, retention, and ROI metrics.
• Maintain a live calendar of loyalty and rewards campaigns and communicate updates internally.
• Manage and monitor budget utilization for loyalty campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
• Adjust loyalty mechanics based on player activity, churn risk, and behavioral insights obtained through CRM analytics.
• Collaborate with Retention, Product, and the Contact Centre to ensure all loyalty communications and experiences are consistent, compliant, and customer centric.
• Partner with Creative and Digital teams to deliver visually engaging loyalty content that supports brand identity.
• Support the integration of loyalty and rewards components into CRM workflows, ensuring accurate setup, QA, and campaign delivery.
• Coordinate with the Data Analyst and Product team to identify new opportunities for reward innovation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Research and evaluate competitor loyalty programmes and engagement strategies within the iGaming industry
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to inform decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure all loyalty activities support responsible gaming principles and comply with regulatory and internal governance standards.
• Any other related duties that may be required.
