Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the lead maintenance technician within a luxury accommodation environment. This is a great opportunity for someone practical, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards across multiple properties.

Key Requirements

â¢ Previous maintenance or general handyman experience advantageous

â¢ Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship

â¢ Sober habits essential

â¢ Must have own reliable transport and be able to commute to Camps Bay

â¢ Willing to work one weekend per month when required

â¢ Able to support general day-to-day maintenance tasks across properties

â¢ Team player who can follow instructions and work independently when needed

Working Hours

09:00 â 18:00 (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duty as required)

Salary

Negotiable depending on experience (DOE), live-out
