This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic couple with a strong background in luxury hospitality who are looking to take on a hands-on management position within an exclusive coastal property.

The successful couple will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge while maintaining exceptional service standards and creating a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

  Oversee the daily operations of the lodge and ensure all departments function efficiently.

  Maintain consistently high standards of luxury hospitality, service and guest care.

  Lead, motivate and support lodge staff to ensure a professional and positive working environment.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Manage guest relations and ensure individual guest requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with operational planning, administration, stock control and general lodge management.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and maintain the property, facilities and overall presentation to luxury standards.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the wider management team to ensure operational targets and service standards are achieved.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Handle guest queries, requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Lead by example and remain actively involved in the daily running of the lodge.
  
  

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous management experience within a luxury hospitality environment is essential.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience within a lodge, hotel, guest house or similar luxury property.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  Excellent guest relations and customer service abilities.

  A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a couple.
