Marketing assistant

The primary objective of the Marketing
Assistant/Support position is to provide comprehensive support to operational
activities and projects within the marketing department. This role requires a
highly organized and structured individual that contributes to the overall
effectiveness and efficiency of our Marketing Department.

Requirements

• Support marketing
  operations, ensuring campaigns and projects are executed efficiently from
  inception to delivery within established timelines.
  
• Support on commercial
  activities (tradeshows, marketing events etc.), working closely with event
  party to ensure the smooth execution of all activities.
  
• Assume
  responsibility for administrative tasks associated with marketing operations
  and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  
• Manage
  relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with our objectives and standards.
  
• Take
  ownership of assigned tasks and projects within the Marketing Department,
  ensuring accountability.
  
• Ensure
  timely and budget -conscious delivery of assigned projects and activities.
  
• Manage marketing
  driven tradeshows and events, ensuring successful implementation.
  
• Provide support
  on regular project and or campaign status reports to project teams and
  stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
  
• Manage
  timelines, deadlines and communicate these well within the team to ensure
  clarity.
  
• Manage and update marketing
  databases, CRM records, and contact lists.
  
• Assist in the planning,
  coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and
  traditional channels.
  

INTERNAL

• Working cross functionally with
  colleagues, achieving a team focus to develop and deliver solutions to
  customers and consumers.
  
• Marketing Operations team, supports operations
  teams in key projects.
  

EXTERNAL

• Suppliers and 3rd Party, must
  be able to extract fair value from/ through our agencies and affiliated
  partners to drive projects. Develop great relationships with old and new
  suppliers.
