The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually agile Marketing Assistant to support our operations. This is a vital role where operational efficiency meets creative outreach. You won't just be managing tasks; you will be the bridge between our artisans in Italy and our customers. You will have the opportunity to leverage AI and SaaS tools to streamline complex workflows, ensuring our high-quality products reach those who value them most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional, charismatic, and clear communication with our customers via email and phone.


• Operational Management: Navigate SaaS software to manage order entry, invoicing, and payables with high precision.


• AI Integration: Proactively use AI tools to research and synthesize information on customs regulations, product certifications, and logistics.


• Strategic Marketing: Assist in marketing and sales efforts by identifying opportunities to tell the story of our producers and products.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Qualifications & Skills):

• Professional Background: 3+ years in operational roles spanning Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing.


• Practical Experience: A background in marketing, sales, or accounting is highly desirable and will be put to immediate use.


• Cognitive Agility & Critical Thinking: We are looking for a rapid learner who can distill complex information—from import regulations to financial data—into actionable plans. You should be someone who doesn't just follow a process but seeks to understand and improve it.


• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in navigating SaaS platforms and a strong aptitude for adopting new AI tools to solve operational bottlenecks.


• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are energetic, charismatic, and able to represent our brand authentically to diverse stakeholders.
