Our client is a fast-moving startup operating two rapidly growing online casino brands across the crypto and U.S. social casino markets. The business operates within a larger ecosystem of established gaming operators. One brand is backed by an international gaming group operating 17 additional casinos generating more than $50 million per month in gross gaming revenue. The second is backed by a major U.S. operator generating more than $10 million per month in gross profit. The company is building for significant scale. With strong execution, the team believes the business has the potential to exceed $100 million in annual profit within the next year.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, ambitious Marketing Specialist to take complete ownership of our growth engine. This role is designed for a technical marketing generalist who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and possesses deep, practical knowledge of gray-market acquisition tactics. Rather than managing legacy teams from a distance, you will start by personally executing and mastering every facet of our marketing operations—from gray-market media buying and technical infrastructure to VVIP audience enrichment, landing page development, and CRM automation. Once you have built and proven the operational playbooks, you will hire, train, and scale a dedicated support team (e.g., offshore specialists) under your leadership.

Role Responsibilities:

• Paid Media & Traffic Acquisition: Directly manage and execute paid traffic campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and additional channels for Wager.com, Storm.us, and casinoagent.com. Deploy advanced gray-market media buying setups, including account farming, page warming, neutral offer angles, and creative obfuscation. Utilize specialized infrastructure including anti-detect browsers (AdsPower, Multilogin), cloakers, dynamic proxy management, and safe page architectures.

• VVIP & High-Value Audience Development: Oversee and execute the VVIP audience strategy targeting a priority segment of ~2,500 enriched, high-value players. Build dynamic custom audiences, run targeted outbound acquisition campaigns, and execute cold email sequences. Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) to seamlessly pass qualified high-value leads directly to our VIP Concierge team for white-glove onboarding.

• Funnel Optimization, Creatives & SEO: Build, test, and optimize high-converting conversion funnels and landing pages. Provide creative direction and critical feedback to designers, ensuring ad assets adhere to channel-specific compliance constraints while maintaining peak CTR and conversion rates. Maintain basic oversight of SEO practices and evaluate external agencies to eliminate low-performing vendor partnerships.

• Social Media & CRM Automation: Own organic social channels (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram) across all three brand properties. Manage CRM workflows and player retention communications (hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar lifecycle automation tools is highly advantageous).

• Team Scaling & Process Management: Document clear, repeatable SOPs across all marketing channels. Scale team capacity over time by recruiting and managing specialized offshore talent (e.g., virtual assistants, copywriters, campaign managers).

Requirements:

• Language Requirement: English.


• Experience: Proven experience in growth marketing, media buying, or performance marketing within crypto, Web3, or online gaming. Demonstrated experience scaling ad campaigns and user acquisition funnels.

• Advanced AI fluency and mastery of generative AI tools for marketing workflows.


• Gray Market Marketing Tools: Demonstrated proficiency with cloakers, AdsPower, Multilogin, safe page setups, and page-warming protocols.   


• Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on ability to launch and optimize campaigns across non-traditional or high-friction ad platforms.   


• AI Tooling Capabilities: Deep ability to leverage AI tools to rapidly configure software, write copy, execute basic SEO, and streamline social/CRM workflows.


• Technical Breadth: Basic landing page building and outbound cold email stack management.   


• Bonus (Not Required): Prior direct experience with Customer.io (intelligence and ability to set it up with AI matter more than prior software usage).
