Marketing Specialist (Property Sector)

• Promote properties across residential and commercial sector
  
• Develop and execute social media content and campaigns while keeping up with current trends and best practices.
  
• Manage social influencer initiatives
  
• Monitor and analyse marketing strategies, offering recommendations to adjust and improve approaches.
  
• Oversee shopping centre marketing, including events, décor, and activations, while managing vacancy schedules.
  
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and provide administrative support for the execution of marketing campaigns.
  

• 2+ years experience in social media, including planning and managing content.
  
• Proficiency in managing various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) is required.
  
• Prior experience in the property industry, or a strong passion for it, is considered an advantage.
  
• Must be able to create and manage website content.
  
• Hands -on experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is necessary to monitor performance.
  
• Requires the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
  
• Candidates need strong written and verbal communication.
