Microsoft Specialist

We’re hunting for a sharp, slightly
rebellious AI Automation Specialist who doesn’t just love Microsoft 365
— they weaponize it.

You’ll spend your days hunting down
soul-crushing repetitive work across the business, then building real Copilot
Studio agents, Power Automate flows, Power Pages and smart SharePoint solutions
that actually make people’s lives easier (and save serious time and money).

This isn’t a pure tech-support gig. We
need someone who can speak fluent business, quantify the impact, keep Exco
excited with clear pipeline updates, and still get their hands dirty building
and troubleshooting the solutions.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an intermediate-level
Technology  Systems Specialist with 4–5
years’ relevant e:perience, with a strong focus on AI, automation, workflow
optimisation, and Microsoft 365-based solutions. This role is responsible for
helping divisions and individuals streamline processes, reduce annual work,
build practical agents and automation solutions, and improve the way the
business uses technology to save tine, improve accuracy and create measurable
operational and financial impact.

This is not a pure IT support role. The
successful candidate must have a strong business mindset, be able to understand
how technology solutions affect day-to-day operations, and be comfortable
assessing the tine-saving, efficiency, and financial impact of proposed
solutions. The role requires someone who can think out of the box: troubleshoot
and maintain current projects, understand the licenses and tools required, and
function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in a technology,
  systems, Microsoft 365, automation, or solutions-focused role
  
• Proven ability to translate business needs
  into practical AI, automation, workflow, and system solutions
  
• Strong practical understanding of
  development, configuration, and troubleshooting principles.
  
• SǪL
  database experience and ability to support reporting or data-related
  troubleshooting.
  
• Comfortable preparing management or Exco-level
  project updates and communicating progress, risks, and business benefits
  clearly.
  
• Experience supporting AI adoption, digital
  transformation, automation rollouts, or internal efficiency projects
  
• Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot
  Studio
  
• Experience with Azure, particularly were
  linked to Power Pages, permissions, authentication, or integrations
  
• Exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Fabric,
  Python or other reporting and development tools.
