**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate and maintain mining equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

- Conduct underground and surface mining activities as directed by supervisors.

- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

- Assist in the loading, transporting, and processing of mined materials.

- Conduct inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.

- Keep work areas clean and organized.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in mining or related fields is a plus.

- Previous experience in mining or heavy machinery operation is preferred.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industry.

- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
