• Oversee the full mobile app development lifecycle:

• Design collaboration

• Testing and QA
  
• Deployment (App Store / Google Play)
  
• Ongoing maintenance and iteration
  
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and releases.
  

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build intuitive and user-friendly applications.
  
• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications.
  
• Provide input on UX/UI decisions to ensure feasibility and performance.
  

• Continuously monitor and improve app performance, responsiveness, and stability.
  
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimise the user experience.
  
• Ensure apps are robust across different devices and OS versions.
  

• Implement strong testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing).
  
• Ensure high code quality and reliability through testing and reviews.
  
• Identify and resolve issues related to functionality, performance, and security.
  

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development.
  
• Introduce improvements to development workflows, tooling, and app capabilities.
