Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to support a UK-based employer in streamlining business operations and improving efficiency across departments. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day operational processes across multiple business functions
• Handle process documentation, workflow optimisation, and operational reporting
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• Maintain accurate records of operational KPIs, project timelines, and business metrics
• Use relevant tools such as project management platforms, ERP systems, and data dashboards
• Support the wider team with strategic planning, resource coordination, and change management
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve business outcomes

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment

Salary: R40,000/month | 100% Remote
