About Our Client The company operates a site based in Nasrec. The operations focus on processing, production systems, and chemical processes and equipment.

The Role: Operations Support Manager The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the operational overseeing and providing support to the Site Manager. The main focus areas include designing, developing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective production, while optimizing production workflows and driving continuous improvements in operations.

Key Responsibilities

  Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in an operational management position.

  Design, develop and optimize production systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead projects from concept through implementation and commissioning.

  
  


• 
  

  Design, develop, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical processes and equipment to improve efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with all relevant departments to troubleshoot problems.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor daily production targets and throughputs from all relevant departments.

  
  


• 
  

  Engage, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors to ensure technical compliance, cost control, and timely delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee system infrastructure development and drive continuous process improvements.

  
  

About You

• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in an operational management position.
