Due to continued growth, we're expanding our telesales team and looking for a driven, coachable rep to join us.
We're looking for a Telesales Representative to work on behalf of one of our UK clients, generating leads and opening conversations with new business prospects. You'll be calling into the UK market, so you'll need to be comfortable, confident and professional on the phone — this is a role for someone who's target-driven, resilient, and genuinely wants to build a career in sales.
You don't need years of experience — you need the right attitude, solid fundamentals, and the drive to keep improving. Full training and support will be provided, with plenty of room to grow into a more senior seat.
Making outbound B2B cold calls to generate leads and support the sales pipeline
Confidently engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and handling objections
Booking meetings and following a structured calling approach
Logging activity and prospect information accurately in the CRM
Managing your own time and call activity to consistently hit daily and weekly targets
Working closely with the team to sharpen your pitch and technique over time
1–2 years of sales experience, B2B preferred
A proven track record in lead generation or sales support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence on the phone and comfort handling objections
Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Good organisational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Monthly fee of ZAR 16,000
