Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join a growing international team. This is an exciting remote opportunity for a data-oriented marketing professional who thrives on optimizing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies that maximize return on investment. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Track customer acquisition funnels and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
  • Support lead generation, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agency environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
