We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Picker and Packer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Picker and Packer, you will be responsible for selecting and packing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipping. You will work closely with our warehouse team to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of orders to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications - Inspect products for any damages or defects and report any issues to the warehouse supervisor - Label and package products for shipping, ensuring all items are properly protected and secured - Maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner - Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment - Communicate effectively with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries - Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred - Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Good communication and teamwork skills - Basic computer skills - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
