Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Cleaning and Sanitizing : Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to maintain health and safety standards.
Assisting Chefs : Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow during busy periods.
Dishwashing : Efficiently wash dishes, pots, and pans, keeping the kitchen stocked with clean items at all times.
Stock Management : Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
Waste Management : Dispose of waste and recyclables according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean work environment.
