Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily production and systems workflow: Maintain continuity between digital systems (SAP, MES:42Q, operational dashboards) and physical shop-floor processes, ensuring that production runs reliably and efficiently.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination: Collaborate closely with teams across the operation—including shop floor, logistics, quality, engineering, costing, procurement, and key user communities to ensure alignment on daily priorities, system updates, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot system and process discrepancies: Identify and resolve misalignments between what is happening on the shop floor and what appears in the digital systems. Address root causes and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and process accuracy.
• Champion built‑in quality (BIQ) across production processes:
  Support in embedding quality at every step of the production workflow. Support adherence to quality standards, monitor in‑process checks, escalate deviations early, and reinforce right‑first‑time practices.
• Provide actionable cost and variance analysis that links expenses and recoveries to production performance, enabling leaders to make informed decisions that improve productivity, reduce unit costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• SAP and MES systems knowledge.
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite.
• Data Analytics & problem-solving capabilities.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
