Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  




• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  




• Lead technical and non-technical project teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
  




• Identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and scope changes.
  




• Ensure effective communication between teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  




• Manage project governance, ensuring alignment with company and industry standards.
  




• Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or a related field.
  




• 5+ years of experience in project management (or Agile certification is a plus).
  




• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in environments.
  




• Expertise in project management tools (ZohoProject, ZohoSprint).
  




• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps frameworks.
  




• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively.
  




• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
