Receiving Clerk - Temp

• Accurately capture all harvest intake records (picking slips) onto the Device Magic tablet in real time
  
• Count, record, and verify fruit received against supporting documentation
  
• Identify and report discrepancies promptly to relevant stakeholders
  
• Maintain organised, accurate, and traceable records for auditing and query resolution
  

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cold -chain, packhouse, or high -pressure environment
  
• Strong data capturing skills
  
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel
  
• Experience with electronic data capturing systems (e.g. Device Magic or similar platforms)
  

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Strong time management skills
  
• Ability to perform under pressure
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  
• Results -driven with a strong sense of accountability
