Job Description: Candidate Resourcer (UK Market – Life Sciences)
Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail -oriented Candidate Resourcer to support our UK Life Sciences recruitment efforts. This role is suited to a South African -based recruiter with experience sourcing across the UK market within pharma, biotech, and related sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high -calibre candidates, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience aligned with UK market expectations.
Key Responsibilities
â Source and attract top talent across the UK life sciences sector, including pharma, biotech, and clinical research organisations.
â Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
â Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, motivations, and alignment with client briefs.
â Collaborate with Sales Consultants to understand UK -specific client requirements and hiring trends.
â Build and maintain talent pipelines across key verticals and skill sets.
â Keep informed of UK market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory considerations.
â Meet and exceed KPIs related to sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and delivery output.
â Maintain accurate and up -to -date records within Bullhorn or equivalent ATS systems.
Qualifications & Skills
â Proven experience recruiting for the UK market (remote from South Africa).
â Demonstrated success as a candidate -focused resourcer (delivery role only).
â Experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech is highly preferred.
â Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search methodologies.
â Experience using Bullhorn or similar ATS platforms.
â Solid understanding of UK hiring practices, candidate expectations, and compliance considerations.
â Strong communication skills with the ability to engage UK -based candidates effectively.
â Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
