Regional Manager Property Management

The role will provide leadership across the regional property portfolio, strengthen operational performance, support regional teams, and
maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and

• Ensure consistent service delivery across the
  portfolio
  
• Support complex client and portfolio matters
  
• Commercial & Financial Accountability
  
• Monitor regional financial performance
  
• Manage budgets, expenditure, and operational
  efficiency
  
• Oversee vacancies, arrears, and portfolio
  performance indicators
  

• Identify opportunities to grow the Western Cape
  portfolio
  
• Strengthen market relationships and client
  engagement
  
• Support the continued expansion of the Company's regional platform
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ senior property management
  experience
  
• Experience managing large property portfolios
  and teams
  
• Degree in Property Studies or related discipline
  
• Valid FFC
  
• Property system experience
  
• Strong communication and leadership capability
