An established US-based organisation is looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its international marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands paid advertising inside out and knows how to build and manage high-performing remote teams.

What you will be doing

• Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies to increase leads and conversions.


• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and other digital channels.


• Oversee SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships and referral initiatives.


• Analyse campaign performance, marketing funnels and ROI to identify growth opportunities.


• Drive landing page optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing.


• Lead, coach and manage a remote marketing team, ensuring accountability and results.


• Collaborate with technical and product teams to improve tracking, user experience and campaign effectiveness.

What you bring to the table

• Proven experience in digital marketing management, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.


• Advanced, hands-on Google Ads expertise, including bidding strategies and campaign optimisation.


• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM), which will be assessed through a typing test during the selection process.


• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.


• Experience with paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation and marketing analytics.


• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop marketing teams.


• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition and ROI.


• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.


• A commercially minded, detail-oriented approach with a passion for measurable results.
