consumer-focused sales operations, serving an international customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for

What you will be doing

• Lead, motivate and manage a remote sales team to achieve revenue targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and conversions.

• Recruit, coach and develop sales agents and team leaders.

• Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines and individual performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows and productivity.

• Analyse sales data and provide performance reports to senior management.

• Drive accountability, customer service excellence and continuous improvement.

What you bring to the table

• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management or sales leadership.

• Proven track record of leading successful, target-driven sales teams.

• Experience in B2C telesales, inside sales or contact centre sales environments.

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates and performance metrics.

• Experience recruiting, coaching and developing sales professionals.

• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.

• Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools and remote team management software.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm (a typing test will form part of the selection process).
