WOMA, the world’s leading manufacturer & supplier of high pressure cleaning equipment, is searching for a Rental & Sales Administrator based at the Pinetown branch in Durban.

Candidate Requirements:

A presentable individual possessing the following developed personal skills and personality:

• Great command of the English language and content writing


• Above average communication skills (telephone and face to face)


• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks


• Trustworthy


• Work independently and be self-motivated


• Diligent in following task procedures where documented

Academic, work and other skills:

• Minimum Matric Certificate


• Proficient in Word, Excel


• Pastel experience is required


• 5 Years’ experience in an office administration environment

Rental & Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

• Continual update of current hires and future bookings


• COD Customers – ensure payments received prior to supply


• Account Customers – ensure order numbers are received prior to supply


• Repair quotes are accurately priced and reviewed prior to sending


• Repair quotes sent out and followed up for PO or other decision by client


• Ensure maintenance job cards are captured in the system and filed appropriately


• Continual record kept and updated for machine services


• Ensure vehicle licenses are valid and are renewed timeously


• Book vehicles for services


• Ensure Rental Fleet maintenance stock is correctly written off as per procedure


• Ensure monthly Rental Fleet stock write off report is submitted to accounts by deadline
