Reservationist – Wellness Farm | Franschhoek, Western Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an organised and service-driven Reservationist to join a prestigious wellness farm in Franschhoek. This opportunity is suited to a hospitality professional with strong administrative abilities, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering personalised guest experiences within a luxury wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage all accommodation reservations, from initial enquiries through to booking confirmations.

  Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate information regarding accommodation, rates, availability, wellness offerings and packages.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests efficiently.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all booking systems are kept up to date.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with relevant departments to communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements and special arrangements.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with managing occupancy levels and maximising booking opportunities.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all guest correspondence reflects the property's high standards of service and professionalism.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Handle guest queries and resolve reservation-related issues efficiently.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Support the wider hospitality team with administrative duties when required.
  
  

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality, a hotel, lodge or boutique property.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in reservation systems, booking platforms and Microsoft Office.

  A professional telephone manner and a guest-focused approach.

  The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.

Salary: R25,000 per month.
