Grade 12 (Matric); Hospitality Management qualification advantageous.
5+years’ restaurant management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or GM role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
Proven experience developing and managing SOP's and ensuring regulatory compliance (food safety, liquor, labour, OHS).
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, ZOHO system and Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & SOP's: Oversee daily service, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure seamless operations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) while ensuring full compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, health & safety, and labour legislation.
Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high -performing team. Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Guest Experience: Deliver memorable, brand -aligned dining experiences. Build guest loyalty and resolve concerns professionally.
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control food and labour costs, analyse financial reports, and drive revenue through promotions and operational efficiencies.
Inventory & Procurement: Oversee stock ordering, receiving, and supplier relationships. Conduct regular audits to minimise waste and maintain stock integrity.
Business Growth: Support marketing initiatives, events, and menu engineering. Monitor industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
