Retail Admin Controller

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Admin Support team member for Jonsson Workwear Paarl. As a key support to the store team, you will play an important role in keeping the store running accurately, efficiently, and seamlessly behind the scenes. Your ability to stay on top of the detail, manage multiple priorities, and ensure every process is completed with excellence will be essential to delivering the brilliant experience our customers expect.

The Admin Support role requires someone with strong administrative ability, excellent attention to detail, and a natural sense of ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident working across systems and processes, and take pride in keeping everything accurate, organised, and under control.

The ideal candidate for this essential role will be required to:

• Ensure that every customer’s need is attended to brilliantly, with passion and exceptional attention to detail.


• Ensure that all administrative processes are coordinated effectively within the store.


• Oversee all system processes and ensure all transactions are up to date, accurately processed, and all documents are correctly filed.


• Reconcile and prepare floats, petty cash, and daily banking of cash.


• Coordinate and execute payroll activities accurately and timeously.


• Check PODs for all account invoices and control manual invoices.


• Process stock adjustments accurately and efficiently.


• Check all credit applications and assist the Support Office with all debtor queries.


• Reconcile all sample and promotional accounts.


• Gain a complete understanding of our entire product offering.


• Assist with ensuring all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.


• Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders.


• Follow up efficiently and effectively with customers on everything related to their outstanding orders and quotations.


• Process customer payments at Point of Sale and take accountability for the cash desk when required.


• Be available to work on weekends when required.
